Flower Shipping Information
We use Fedex Priority overnight as our delivery service for all of our deliveries. Cut off time for shipping orders on the same day is 9am Hawaii time.
Shipping on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are preferred to avoid any unforeseen delays. Please be advised that the last day to ship to the East Coast is Wednesday, without incurring an additional fee. There are no deliveries made on Sundays. Saturday deliveries into California are not able to be made as they must clear Agriculture inspection before they can be released for delivery. West Coast areas are generally next day with a few exceptions in Arizona and Washington. All East Coast shipments generally take two days from Hawaii to arrive. Please keep in mind during the peak season packages may take and extra day to arrive, shipping early is always recommended
We also recommend shipping a day early for any special event allowing a flex day to insure delivery in time for the special event. All delays that are weather related are beyond our control, please keep that in mind when placing your order during extreme hot or cold conditions. Also remember that the flowers travel a long way and they will need water upon arrival. Remember Protea and other tropical flowers typically last longer than traditional bouquets, so the flowers will stay beautiful, even if delivered a few days in advance.
$20 additional charge will be applied if an incorrect address is provided.
All Local deliveries on the Island of Maui are made using with Fedex as well. Same day deliveries are possible for special events.

Cancellation and Return Policy-
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the ship out date.
We guarantee all of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. We handle every case with care and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your buying experience or the flowers we deliver, we will correct the issue, refund your money, or re-ship your order. If you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of any items received, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
